1 / How can I find a family doctor?

To find a family doctor, you can register on the waiting list of the Family Doctor Access Desk ( GAMF ).

2 / What should I do if my health insurance card has expired?

If your RAMQ card has expired, you must contact RAMQ at 514-864-3411 to obtain a temporary number.

For patients without a valid or temporary health insurance card, fees may apply.

3 / Do you offer blood sampling services?

We work with Laboratoire CDL to offer a variety of laboratory services. This is a private service. Therefore, fees are charged for these services.

These services are covered by most private insurances. Appointments are not required for our laboratory analysis service

 You can also book an appointment with the public health system via service clic santé.

4 / Is there a fee for filling out a medical form?

Yes, fees may apply. To see the fee schedule suggested by the Fédération des médecins omnipraticiens du Québec, refer to the following link .

5 / How do I get my test results?

By registering for the Carnet santé Québec , you will have access to the reports of your medical imaging examinations, as well as to your blood test results, urine tests and other samples.

6/ How do I renew my medication?

Pharmacists are authorized to extend your regular medication for up to a further year.

If you need to renew your regular medication, be sure to make an appointment with your doctor. This is because your doctor must routinely re-evaluate the appropriateness of continuing or adjusting the dosage.

7/What should I do if my doctor is absent?

Doctors who are temporarily absent are not replaced. However, all test results received (blood tests, imaging) are verified by colleagues.

If you need a consultation and your doctor is away, use the walk-in clinic. The doctor will have access to your medical file.
